The quality of the coating influence to wooden blinds durability
To understand the wood coating quality influence to wooden blinds durability, we ordered tests in a laboratory in Sweden.
100 hours of Xenon lamp test showed a significant difference between the change in color of wood, covered with lacquer with UV filter ( „Classic“ collection picture in right) and low – cost wooden blinds(picture in left).
The test duration is comparable to 3 – 5 years exploitation results in realistic conditions.
The same test was carried out with the „Vintage“ and „Light“ collections. The results are excellent.
“Vintage” collection highest quality and environment safety is approved by Quality Certifications:
E0 ( Containing no formaldehyde) ;
EN71 ( chemical composition conform to strictest requirements, it can be use in toys manufacture) ;
DIN EN ISO 105 – B01 (conform to pigment from sun fading protection factor norms) .
„Light“ collection resistance to fading from sunlight approved by UV – test:
460 hours test result – Category 5.
